Dance Contests (Twist, Shag, Jitterbug, Free Style, Etc., Single Contestants, Couples)Contestants dance in the middle of a large circle formed by everyone in attendance. Once the music starts, contestants can be eliminated by “tapping out” the majority and narrowing the competition down to a few finalists. These finalists have a dance-off and the judges (everyone in the circle) choose the winner(s) by making noise for their favorite contestant as the DJ places his hand over the contestant’s head. |
